Basic Certification (COA) – Our Most Popular Service
Designed for items or signatures with a fair market value under $300, our Basic Certification (COA) includes a registration card with a unique certification number, which is uploaded into our exclusive database for 24/7 customer verification. Please note: Items with 11 or more signatures must be submitted under our Letter of Authenticity (LOA) service (see below).

Letter of Authenticity (LOA) – Our Premier Service
Our Letter of Authenticity (LOA) features an inset image of the item, along with other customized details. It is signed by one of our autograph experts in the presence of a licensed notary. A certification label is applied to the item or the letter (based on customer preference), and the corresponding number appears on the LOA.

Autograph Grading
Our Autograph Grade assigns a numerical score to authenticated signatures, reflecting their quality and condition. This is available as an optional upgrade to the Letter of Authenticity (LOA) for items with up to two autographs.

Auction Letter Upgrade
We partner with many of the world’s leading auction houses to offer streamlined verification. Buyers can upgrade to a COA or LOA if the item is submitted within 45 days of the auction’s end.

Signature Debut Certification
Our Signature Debut Certification highlights autographs signed early in an athlete’s career, such as during their rookie season. Available for the four major U.S. sports leagues — NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL — this designation is included at no additional cost with COA or LOA services. Simply request this certification when submitting your item if you believe it qualifies.
